Last year I started the annual tradition of asking my oldest daughter a series of questions and I have documented her responses. Some of her responses made perfect sense and some made me laugh. Here is the 2013 edition of questions and answers....
What's your favourite colour?
If you could give Mommy any gift what would it be?
Money. (She's a practical gift-giver...).
If you could give Daddy any gift what would it be?
What's your favourite game?
What's your favourite supper?
What's your favourite dessert?
Cupcakes. (Indeed. She's still a cupcake fiend!)
What do you want to be when you grow up?
A fire fighter. (She has been saying this for a while... hmmm.)
What is Mommy's job?
You work at your daycare... remember? (Such a cheeky little monkey).
What is Daddy's job?
Well, he has to buy stuff for his daycare. (Yes, that's what he does.)
What does Mommy always say to you?
Outside. (I could not make sense of this one and she would not elaborate).
What does Daddy always say to you?
Where's your favourite place to go?
Chapters. (Yes, she loves it there.)
What does Mommy do very well?
What does Daddy do very well?
Buying stuff for his work.
Who's your favourite person to play with?
Daddy and my baby sister. (Awwwww - so sweet).
I wonder how much these answers will change over the next year. Do you do annual Q & A's with your children?
